How much does it cost to sell my vehicle?
Listing your vehicle is completely free. We only charge a small success fee (3.5%) when your vehicle sells. If it doesn't sell, you pay nothing.
What is LMCT verification?
LMCT (Licensed Motor Car Trader) is the Victorian dealer licensing system. We verify all dealers hold valid licenses to ensure a professional marketplace. Other states have equivalent licenses (MVD for NSW, etc.) which we also accept.
What are PPSR checks and why are they included?
PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) checks verify a vehicle has no outstanding finance, hasn't been reported stolen, and isn't a statutory write-off. Our integration with NEVDIS provides comprehensive history including flood damage and odometer discrepancies. All plans include PPSR checks to protect your purchases.
What's included in a condition report?
Our NAMA-style condition reports provide a 1-5 grading scale, documented defects with photos, OBD-II diagnostic scans, paint meter readings, and estimated repair costs. Professional and Enterprise plans include detailed reports to help you assess vehicle value accurately.
How does the market price guide work?
Our market price guide provides wholesale and retail price ranges based on actual auction sales data. You'll see supply/demand indicators, days-to-sell averages, and price trends. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans to help you make informed bidding decisions.
How does proxy bidding work?
Proxy bidding lets you set your maximum bid upfront. The system will automatically bid on your behalf, incrementally, up to your maximum. You'll only pay the minimum amount needed to win.
What is the soft-close (anti-sniping) feature?
If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of an auction, the end time automatically extends by 2 minutes. This prevents last-second "sniping" and ensures everyone has a fair chance to respond.
Can I integrate with my DMS or floor plan provider?

What happens after I win an auction?
